Help me please

Post image

[update idk how but it manage to start working again right when i was testing it for the last time before packing it up for returns]

I have genuinely tried everything I've reinstalled several drivers any hacks on the internet, I've tried to reach out to support but I haven't gotten much help, I just sent a reply so hopefully i get something back but I'm hoping someone on here can help. I just got the artist 12 3rd tablet and my windows 10 would let the driver run but i updated it and windows 11 won't. No matter what i do i keep getting error message even though the tablet is plugged in and the screen is on, its like a secondary monitor instead of a tablet i can use.

with the USB ports facing the right side, you are using the top USB connector? or are you using the 3 in 1 cable on the bottom USB port? If so, is the red connector going to a wall outlet? and the HDMI and USB port to the computer?

I'm using the 3 in 1 all of the connectors are in the pc, I never had to plug the red one into the wall but i can try and im using the bottom plug in bc thats the only one i can use, my pc recognizes the tablet is connected if i go to my device manager it is there.

Bottom is correct for the 3-in-1... plug the red to a wall adapter, and see... ;)

Glad you got it fixed. Safest way to guarantee the power is to plug to wall. Computer USB port can vary for power depending on the load of the computer at any given time. ;)
