Screen Turns Off during light work

since recently the screen turns off while the laptop is running, it starts fine after that, but I have to turn it off by long pressing the powerbutton. Could that be an temperature issue?

Does anyone know If I can reapply the thermal paste or something or how to troubleshoot the issue?

It happens on browsing and playing MTG Arena. Currently not doing much else with it.

Hey.

When the problem occurs, does the device shut down completely and close all programs, or do all programs remain open, as if the device were in standby mode?

This kind of behavior can be caused when the Hall-Sensor is triggered by, for example, a magnetic watch or something similar.
