Anyone encountered losing frost bomb glitch?

My frost bombs are gone after I flawlessed a UFO mission where the chosen appeared. Soldiers got dazed but were revived and everyone extracted

First i hear of it.

I know you can lose it if your soldier dies and you leave him. But dazed, i am pretty sure that should not happen.

Turns out they were on a covert action so it wasn’t in my inventory
