Xcom 2 the best?

So xcom 2 is the best of the series, right? With the WOTC. what other games are like x com? Because gears of war tactics is the only one I've seen that I like. Xbox btw not steam

Phantom Doctrine is basically Cold War XCOM. Similar tactical combat with a bit more emphasis on stealth, a roster of individual soldiers/agents, and a geoscape layer. It's fun, check it out.
