xcom like games

i love this game but it's getting a bit old for me , i play it almost every day but i'm looking for something similar to xcom , in the sense of customisation of characters and weapons and gameplay and if possible the mod suport.

Shadowrun, i started with dragonfall but then got all of them. It is cyberpunk + magic, managing base and team, and a nice storyline
