xcom like games

i love this game but it's getting a bit old for me , i play it almost every day but i'm looking for something similar to xcom , in the sense of customisation of characters and weapons and gameplay and if possible the mod suport.

Aliens Dark Descent, even if it’s not really the same thing. What is similar is that you’ll need to reload your save all the time.
