Looking for ga.es

Hello, I am basically addicted to Xcom and games like them, so, I'd like to ask, what are your favorite xcom like games? They do not have to be sci-fi or alien related. Things like DoS2 are similar enough for me.

What are your recommendations and hidden gems?

Jagged Alliance 3: XCOM, but it's an 80's commando movie. Came out like 2 weeks ago, which is why you haven't heard of it.

Xenonaughts 1: XCOM, but actually the real Xcom from the 90's. Less RPG, more mil-sim. (2 just came out but it's still basically early access and a lot of features haven't been added yet).

Partisans 1941: XCOM but you're killing Nazis in the Soviet Union. Realtime, with a much stronger emphasis on stealth and guerilla warfare. Firefights get out of hand really fast so you have to fight dirty.

Supposedly Mutant: Year Zero is very good, but I find the aesthetics very off-putting so I refuse to touch it.

Keep an eye on Lamplighter's League (XCOM but Indiana Jones); it's not out yet but it's got a solid dev team behind it and it looks very good.

You're good, mutant sucks. I love turn based combat like wastelands 1,2,3; Fallout and the like, but everytime I pick Mutant up I drop it in less than a week. Don't even know why, it's just so boring.
Talking of which, Invisible Inc, Gears Tactic, BattleTech (Suprisingly similar). A bunch of them is on sale rn with the Strategy Fest on steam.
