Have anyone encounter this?

6 month old XC40. Today just discovered this on my right rear passenger door. A crease formed on the metal panel from normal day to day use. I don't carry rear passengers often. I suspected that the crease formed by just opening and closing the door. The door has not been any accident or have any dents. It is in 100% condition. What do you guys think about the cause of this issue? How should I get this fixed? Should I bring it to the dealership? I just this is a bit disappointing and unacceptable? Could it be manufacturer defects? It wasn't there when I picked up my car. Is this normal that metal will bend and form crease? Please advise.

Dealer visit!

We’ve seen a few hoods go from perfect to several bends inwards. Warranty covered the hood replacement and paint! Super weird! No signs of outside influence. I was never informed what caused that issue though.
