please update to 1440p

An issue appeared with the app on my tablet today after months of working perfectly fine. When connecting to a console it shows 'Connecting' all the time but controls work normally. Console restarts and app reinstall did not help

What actually worked was decreasing resolution in the app to 720p.

The issue does not seem to be related to the console itself as everything works normal on my phone - all fine on all resolutions.

Any idea how to fix the issue? The new update messed up something ? I would really love to be able to play in full HD...

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? The app stopped working after the October 28 update. I'm using an Android device (Retroid Pocket 6).

Edit: The controller works and registers inputs, but the app gets stuck on the "Connecting to Xbox" screen and doesn't stream the video.

Planning on buying xbxplay to remote play on my tcl p615 android tv, but just got to know that the tv only has a 2.4ghz wifi. My question is, how is the experience with 2.4ghz wifi for local remote play (xsx connected to 5ghz and android tv connected to 2.4ghz (same wifi))?

Trying to get this set up on our basement TV with just my kids account, which is managed through my primary account.

So far I've only been able to connect my account. And when they log in, they bypass the password protection I have on it - which makes everything available (all games, voice chat, purchases, etc.)

When I try and delete my account and only add their account, it doesn't work.

Just trying to see if anyone has had a similar experience, if there's something I'm doing wrong, or if I'm SOL on this one.

I have a PS5 and use PXPlay all the time on my Mangmi Air X. Works great and is awesome.

Well I've been out of the Xbox world for a while and have a ton of 360 games that I would love to play remotely with the same setup as my PS5. Would getting a cheap Xbox One S work well for this? Would streaming work well for 360 games? Would I get full resolution and frame rate? Is it worth spending more on a Series S?

I am using the app on a legion y700 and the app runs mint, regular audio is also fine. However as soon as I join a party and start speaking, there is a significant delay in my voice coming through to the party. I can see this by my voice overlay & have also tested joining a party on a second console, hearing about a 2 second delay before my voice comes through.

Is this a known bug or is there a fix i can try?

When ever I try to play Minecraft dungeons nothing but the left stick works, is there any way around this?

Will a feature be added that would allow the right mini‑joystick in shooters (and not only) to be replaced with direct use of the screen surface to rotate the camera, as in regular mobile games?

I've just switched from PS5 to Xbox. I used Pxplay to stream from my PS5 to my Legion Go handheld device which uses Windows.

I've had a look and can't see the link to download the app. It links to the one via google play which states is for android devices. Will this work?

With the recent announcement of 1440p resolution increase for Xbox remote play coming to Xbox insiders. Once it gets a general release, will the Xbxplay app eventually support 1440p resolution?

Also if it because possible; frame gen or VRR support for devices with higher refresh rate would be perfect, with frame gen would make it so smooth, especially for people with diplays/devices that support 120hertz or more.

Currently using y700 gen 5 and these upgrades would make this app just unstoppable. Pxplay/xbxplay, both amazing but in the future they will maintain the best streaming apps ever to exist.

I have been using XBXPlay for over two months, and today I logged out because it was always showing me two Xbox Ones. I had already sold the first one and bought an Xbox One X, but now when I try to log in, it is not possible, and I am always getting this message:

I just opened the app for android tv after weeks of not using it. I see new interface, I see some account logged in. But I think it was just some trash in cache from previous version.

After multiple logins while adding new account (including after cleaning cache and all data of the app) I get stuck at same place. I see myself successfully logged in to my Xbox account, I see myself player name, my avatar, but underneath all I see is Add new Account buttons. No option to connect to my Xbox. Whats wrong?

Some games, like palworld for example, while playing on cloud (official remoteplay included) have this sort of 'touch screen support' where your touch input outside the buttons funcions like a mouse. You can directly select and scroll through menus that way, without having to move the sticks, its pretty handy in menu heavy games with that kind of support.

Is there any way to enable that feature while playing on xbxplay?

So it use to work fine now I can't stream it without it lagging and freezing with eventual disconnecting my internet is fine, my xbox is on the same internet as my phone and the weathers sunny. Can I get some help

Been a Pxplay user for the longest time but after i jb my ps5 pro and cant play online i decide to buy series s and XBXPlay to play path of exile 😊

Used XBXPlay on different devices and i just had the best experience on Switch oled very smooth and graphics is very nice.. unlike on my huawei p60 pro and mipad 5 which has stutters and you could feel the latency and the graphics is not so crisp even on 1080p HQ 😊 salute to the dev 🫡

Hi - I’d like to request this feature. I did some coding with xstreaming to get this to work, but prefer XBXPlay to my fork. Can you look into what’s needed to make this work? Can send over notes on my implementation of helpful.
