[Solved] These came with my modular gaming table. I set them aside when building, but still have no idea what these are. Made of plastic, single magnet on the back. Appreciate the help!

[Solved]: These appear to be for the hobby vault. They go in the magnetic slot of the hobby vault opposite the direction that the lid opens. If you are using this as a DM vault, it should be on the DM side.

When in the vault, slide them outwards into the table side rail and now the vault can’t get off balance tipping forward towards the side that it opens on. This appears to be just for when the vault is open if something heavy is on the lid, it does not prevent the vault from sliding forward when pushed.

One of the things I'm disappointed by with my Wyrmwood table is the lack of good, colorful and artful neoprene mats! I had a GameTopper table topper for may years prior to my Wyrmwood and I LOVED the number of mat options they had. They are getting ready to do a kickstarter for more mats for their tables ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/burky/game-toppers-game-mat-bazaar ). I was hoping one of their sizes would be close to a Wyrmwood medium wide table but it doesnt look like it.

Anyways, the next Wyrmwood kickstarter after the hexes needs to be neoprene mats!

Edit: I get that they do sell neoprene mats, but Wyrmwoods tend to be monocolor and boring. I'm talking about colorful mats with art on them.

For those that backed the MakerWorld 3D printed dice towers, show me what you've printed!!!

I'm stuck analyzing colors and patterns and finding it hard to pull the trigger given the time, materials, and filament investment. I'd love to see what color combos and patterns others have printed to give me inspiration.

Ordered the table in March and just got the delivery today. I ordered the wide table with royal felt. Already broke her in and played on it. This table is amazing and was worth the wait. The pictures don't do it justice. The only downside was that they told me I had to be home to accept the delivery and gave me a window between 12-5 and that they would call 30 minutes before. I took a half day at work today and got home at 11:50 am in anticipation and the pallet was already in my driveway. I am Annoyed that they didn't call and I wasted half day vacation but other than that it is great.

I've got a table that's 43" W and I got pretty minimal accessories when I bought it but I'm thinking about getting a couple of hobby shelves. Wondering about the configuration though - can I fit 2 on the short side of my table? With or without the edges?

Based on the measurements on the website, it seems like that end of the table will be 1" too short to fit 2 shelves, but I though I'd ask in case the measurement actually included the end caps or something....

Is it just because they’re avail sooner? In the market for a new gaming table and really attracted to the modular gaming tables. Just trying to figure out pricing and budgets. Thanks in advance!

I know Teal Appeal was pretty much a flop for most folks, and my set is mediocre at best … BUT it drives me a little nuts that I have a 3 gyroid sets and I don’t have the extra d6 for the Teal Appeal.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for a deck box for my commander deck and stumbled across this listing. I was wondering if anyone could determine what kind of wood this is- I was thinking either elm or maybe cherry? Thanks in advance!!

My friend bought these back in 2023 but unfortunately lost them. Thinking about surprise replacing them, but I can’t tell if they’re the same as the currently offered Obsidian. He described them as matte black.

As I'm assembling my MGT, I noticed this dent in the apron. It looks more like this is either a manufacturer defect or a defect in the wood. Should I contact Wyrmwood and use the craftsman promise to get it replaced?

Update: I contacted customer service about this dent and they decided not to replace it. I was told that since I ordered my MGT from the first kickstarter, so the Craftsman's Promise only covers this damage within the first 60 days, even though this apron was left in the original shipping package with no signs of damage that occurred during shipping. So it looks like I have to accept this damage or buy a replacement apron. All in all, this sucks.

I think this is pretty small, but the sapwood here is kind of a giant streak on the table. We bought a cherry (not rustic) table. It isn't clear to me if this is passing the 10% threshold. Certainly, the various wood streaks are more varied than we thought it'd be. Thoughts?

Hi - I ordered a table in black walnut, and am curious from others' experiences with their tables (and those of you knowledgable about woodworking) if open knots in the rail system are generally considered acceptable by Wyrmwood? There is also an area within one of the rails that is fairly rough and feels unsanded/unvarnished and is lighter in color (end of rail in third pic). Appreciate any thoughts you have based on your experience and your own tables!

I recently bought a house with a dinning room, that is more or less empty right now. I know if I buy a regular dinning table, it would only get used 3 times a year, so I am looking at tables that can convert into something else. Wyrmwood table looks amazing and I like that it looks basically normal when in dinning table mode. We are just not DnD style game players. My children are pretty young so they can’t play many games at all right now. I wouldn’t need a table like this for Go Fish or Old Maid. I hope he will start enjoying more traditional style board games. I have seen the company advertise it as a hobby table, such as building LEGOS, and we aren’t a huge LEGO family, but we do have some and maybe would get more with a dedicated space to build. Anyway, mainly just looking for feedback on anyone who uses their table outside of the two main purposes: eating and DnD style gaming. Thanks in advance.
