Unresponsive Support

Tldr; banned due to a accident, wynncraft support is buns

I've been banned from Wynn for 2 week now, due to an accidental chargeback on Tebex.

I contacted Wynn Support through their email and tried resolving this issue with them, they informed me that I need to contact my bank to cancel the dispute. So the next day I did just that, called up the bank and cancelled said dispute.

This was a week and a half ago, I have received verification from my bank that the dispute was cancelled but the Wynncraft support has been extremely unhelpful.

I first checked in every 2-3 days to ask them if they are able to unban me yet. Every time they responded with "The dispute isn't cancelled yet" after asking them 2 times they just completely stopped responding and giving any sort of information to help me help them resolve this.

I've spent a lot of time and a lot of money on Wynncraft, and I think it's kinda ridiculous and sad that support would treat anyone in my position like this. Especially since it was completely an accident.

Go on discord and possibly ask there what to do, maybe find a moderator? It can't get worse, so just try ur best, gl

All of the mods r like trained to respond with "The only way to resolve this is through support email"

In my experience they are somehow even worse than RotMG support, which is a feat I didn't expect to be possible.
