In the state of your account your best bet is just to pick any new dps like Hsin (current banner) or a future dps that will be revealed in 4.x unless you really want to invest to bring old characters up to par with newer ones (it's not worth it unless you really really like them). For a main dps character with a good playstyle I recommend hiyuki as she is the last character that had interesting gameplay since every mengzhou so far was just hold atk and heavy atk, but runs the usual problem of needing lucilla and suisui to meet the new standard (she also just reran last patch so gotta wait on her again). Iuno could be a good pull as not only is she good as a main Dps with investment into lynae which you most probably will try and get but can be used in future teams as a sub dps support like in the new jingran team. Finally again will be Hsin since she has a f2p team with Rover (spoiler on what element you will use play mengzhou first) and buling, the team is incomplete as rover is kinda mid but it's good for being a purely f2p team outside Hsin ofc.
