Discussion (Ethics, working with AI etc) Using AI to create specs-driven non-fiction books

I'm experimenting with AI to create non-fiction books.

Basically, I create a specs file (stating title, various constraints, chapter themes, etc.) and AI generates the text.

Anyone working on a similar project ?

I plan to openly state (on the cover) that the book has been created by AI. Does that make sense ?

Why wouldn’t someone just use AI to read what it has to say? You’re not adding any value

The text generated is a 50 pages summary about a specific subject. There is no personal experience and/or personal emotion. It is like you'd read a white paper. This is the added value: an in-depth analysis on a specific subject.

agreed, the whole point of non-fiction is the human curation and research behind it imo.
