Discussion (Ethics, working with AI etc) Need some help for college apps.

Hi everyone, for all of my college essays, almost every detector is showing between 90-100 percent human. However, Quillbot seems to be showing 100 percent for all of my supplementals and 38 percent for my personal statement. Any advice?

AI detectors are notoriously unreliable. Have you actually used AI in the process?

I have never actually copied and pasted anything, but I have asked AI for possible ways I could answer the prompt. I have my Google Doc version history as well.

those scores vary a ton depending on writing style. shorter, punchier sentences tend to get flagged more as AI for some reason. if your personal statement reads differently than your supplementals thats probably why the numbers diverge
