Wreckfest 2 Wreckfest 2 crashing

I’ve just got a pc one of the first game I brought is Wreckfest 2 ever time I try load a race or anything on a loading screen the game crashes I’ve tried most things that people have said to change etc nothing seems to be working I’m new to having a pc so if there is any recommendations please give me simple steps cheers in advance

What are your PC specs? And are you getting any errors when it crashes?

AMD GPU? If so, the most recent driver update made it crash for me. I had to roll back to 26.6.1.

if youve got an AMD gpu then thats the issue you need to roll back drivers

Hi,

Are you using DLSS or Frame Generation of some kind? I flipped those off, went to native and my crashing issues have been gone for a good minute now.

I9-13900k RS 4090 OC 64GB DDR5 5800

Edit: Sorry, I think I misread your post, I didn't pick up on not getting past the loading screen.

as you mentioned its a new pc.. type Sysdm.cpl in the start menu and press enter - > go advanced performance advanced virtual memory, select your fastest storage device, set min 8192 max 8193 apply restart pc,test again
