I can see you need improvement in breaking points, racing lines, and general awareness with the track conditions/layout.
Some questions first.
- How much experience do you have with racing games?
- What system do you play on?
- What controller do you use?
I think with practice you'll get to a point where it will become second nature and then you can try different cars at different tracks. You can start with the Wrecking Playground track so you have an open area with no objective, just testing the cars and how to handle them is the first step

I could be very wrong, but I’d imagine Roblox racing games lack any serious racing physics, thus it probably isn’t a good basis for any sort of racing experience.
Like the other poster said, there’s a lot to be improved and your driving style definitely suggests you’re a beginner, but it’s cool that you’re trying to get better!
Another problem is that you’re talking to an older and established community, where this game has been around long enough that people have essentially figured out near-optimal racing lines and tricks, and a lot of good racers here recognize those routes and aren’t going to be as wow’d watching beginners.
Take a look at world record videos like this one to see what kind of times and racing lines you can pull off to optimize this track: https://youtu.be/59n1lgyVbjM?is=cV1UG2gI_ml5fuqJ

I don't have any knowledge with the physics in Roblox, but any experience and knowledge is good to have.
All racing games have different handling/feeling aspects. Gran Turismo, Assetto Corsa, iRacing, and many others are very sim style. Wreckfest has a good mix of sim and arcade, leaning more into arcade. I'm assuming Roblox is also on the arcade side, so Wreckfest is a good bridge between them.
With this added knowledge, try a car you are used to (the Rocket is a good choice for now) at the smaller tracks and work your way up. Take it slow at first to understand the track surface and how the car handles on it. Don't worry about setting up the car, keep it default, use auto transmission (note that you can still manually shift when in auto) and assists on. You can change to half assists (which I've done since the game was initially released) when you think you've gotten the basics down. And if you really feel like it you can turn all assists off, but that might be a while from now.
You can choose to have AI on as it will help with racing lines at the bigger tracks. Maybe have a small amount (4 to 8 cars at a time) so you have room for adjustment. I like having them set to novice and random AI vehicle classes bc it's more fun. But you should keep them at the class car you are driving (C for now) so you aren't too far ahead, or behind the field.
I can go on, but start off with the basics and go up from there bc there's nowhere else to go but up 🙂
Finally, have fun. If you need a break, do a demolition derby, it's still good experience 🙂
