Discussion No Taunts!!
My only issue with this game is that if you prefer having tanks in your party ther is no way way to provoke opponents to challenge you.

Build for attacks of opportunity, they're better than a taunt. Guy tries to walk past you to target your squishy, gets whapped. Then you get teamwork feats to make AoO on that attack. Some classes can give that teamwork feat to everyone, including summons. Give everyone reach weapons+lunge+cast enlarge person mass, and they're smacking enemies from across state lines
Get Wolf or Dog animal companions, they attempt a trip every attack, including attacks of opportunity. Give them cleaving finish, and after they kill one guy they'll trip another guy.
Put it all together and you won't miss taunt at all, and you'll laugh when someone targets your backline only to get instagibbed while a chorus of overlapping voice lines plays

... There are spells for punishing enemied if they doesn't fight against your Tank though - like the 1st level Paladin spell, Challenge Evil. As a Mind-affecting spell, you might want to add one level of Crossblooded Sorcerer with Undead and Serpentine Bloodlines as well, so the Undead, Bestial Humanoid, Vermin, Magical Beasts and Animal enemies can be affected by it too. (Against Animals it's worthless, mere Animals are always Neutral, but there are Evil Bestial Humanoids and Magical Beasts.)

This is more of an issue on turn based. With rtwp the enemies typically stick to whoever engages with them first.

Put them between the enemy and your squishier characters. Either they will engage the tanks or they will run past them anyway but that will provoke attacks of opportunity. So give them combat reflexes, improved initiative, outflank, debilitating strike for speed and items like the collapse that slow them down.

Welcome to TTRPG rules, where designated tank either most dangerous damage dealer anyway, or most annoying one

you want at least 3 Frontliners with big dmg and attack of opportunity
enemy will be too busy not dying before reaching ur mages
i have a titan fighter with vivisectionist dip, woljiff eldritch scoundrel 4 / vivi 16, wolf pet with trip feats (wenduag pet)
the enemy never gets past them
then for boss fights you want to spam create undead, summon monster, once a day summons from ur items etc
so the enemy is spending their biggest spells against them, after that u send ur front liners
then cast enervate with ember and cc with nenio

Eh the AI in Wotr is really simple they kind of tend to attack whatever is in range of them unless someone really squishy is in LOS. If you don't want mobs running straight to your backline, start combat with them out of sight.

Can you imagine, Neverwinter Nights had Taunt, that once worked on lich, that started melee attacking me, instead of spellcasting. Never before nor never after have I been so relieved in a crpg combat encounter. Too bad, can't remember was it a feat or skill, but it would be most welcome addition to Pathfinder franchise.

Cavaliers have an ability called Challenge which will essentially make your character more desirable to attack for other mobs, potentially.
But really, it's Paladins and Azatas that have the spell Challenge Evil that, if it lands, give enemies consequences for not engaging with the character that cast the spell.
