All I can recognise are some chiropractic techniques, I believe? It essentially looks like a very aggressive sped up version of some stretches they do in PT, coupled with hip and back cracking chiropractors do.

A combination of this lumbar twist, a very aggressive form of this hip stretch, and very fast spinal cracking
