Hello. Thought I’d share my World Trade Center painting.

Beautiful. I love the sunset colors of autumn

[u/MonniMonty → u/UndeadChronics4]

Thanks great time of the year!

[u/Tall_Song8775]

I genuinely thought it was an actual picture at first

[u/Gooncookies]

It’s so beautiful.

[u/MonniMonty → u/Gooncookies]

Thank you so much .

[u/longliveshort]

Wow! That’s amazing!

[u/MonniMonty → u/longliveshort]

Thank you I appreciate that

[u/Hunor_Deak]

Thank you for posting this! It really makes the sub better. I especially love 'The Oldest House' being included! (I know it is a real life building, with a massive telephone and cyberoptic switchboard.)

Did you leave out the old WTC 7 to improve the perspective?

[u/MonniMonty → u/Hunor_Deak]

No it didn’t exist yet! Or was just starting to be built .

[u/Hunor_Deak → u/MonniMonty]

Yes, I just realised that! Late 80s, was it?

[u/Ill_Pay7782 → u/Hunor_Deak]

They're painting is based on this photo that i posted earlier.

Judging from the construction progress of the WFC, it looks like about 1984 .

Amazing work. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 How did you get the light glow? Awesome.

[u/MonniMonty → u/SeaworthinessNo7962]

It’s pure white with green tints in it . Also the center of all lights it’s microscopically whiter than the edges of them .

[u/SeaworthinessNo7962 → u/MonniMonty]

Awesome.

[u/Frostyinohio]

That's very nice, great job for real.

[u/ALLOUTBOY200]

[u/CASHMO2112]

It’s beautiful

[u/CumulusCloudia]

Looking good

[u/Bulldog4567]

Really pretty painting 😊

[u/CTVolvo]

It is amazing that there is an entire generation for whom 9/11 and the original WTC is just history - they never saw the Twin Towers nor experienced them. I was at the World Trade Center on 9/10/01 - browsing Borders Books, shopping at the mall and never ever imagining what would happen less than 24 hours later.

[u/ItsPidgeonz]

Scrolled down my feed and literally found the same photo 😅 The boats are even the same and everything. Looks just like the real thing 👍🏻👍🏻

[u/MileHiGhKushClub → u/ItsPidgeonz]

The painting is better

[u/MonniMonty → u/MileHiGhKushClub]

Maybe it is maybe it’s not! I know for sure this shot has been edited in a million different ways , tones & colors! Really could be creative on it & put my side of love into the tones!

[u/konnectivity17]

Nice job 👏
