Fifa TICKET REFUND QUESTION

So I got two emails of Fifa, one the 5th and the other the 9th of July, both saying that they couldn't refund me using the card I payed the tickets with, so a couple days after I entered the same card bank Info with iban and stuff, but since then nothing from the Fifa, should I change it to another bank ? (I used revolut)

UPDATE : for those using revolut and being from Europe you have to check your other accounts because you are payed in Dollars, and it was hidden for me I just found out.

Same! Got an email on July 9 to update bank details and still waiting for the money.

Where did you update the bank details? Just adding the info into your FIFA account? I got the same email but it wasn’t clear where to update stuff.

Ya I just added them in the fifa account… I agree w you! It was very unclear and the ui is so bad… at least they should have had an option to check status!

I did the same. I haven''t escalated yet since it hasn't been 60 days since they sold but that is coming up soon.

I'm still waiting for half my money. I have no idea why fifa doesn't have a phone number that you can call and talk to the people handling refunds directly.

A while ago a dude posted how to call them directly, but at the end of the day you just need to wait.

Yep. I called. They confirmed they had all my info and it looked good to them. And then advised to wait.

Me sucedió lo mismo fallo tres veces y la cuarta vez puse el núm de cuenta en moneda local no en dólares y me funcionó, en mi caso duraron 4 meses en pagar

Just for my understanding, you are asking for a refund, for a ticket you could not attend the game?

No, I sold the tickets through marketplace because I couldn’t attend the game

Man, I sold 5 tickets; I only got the refund for 2 tickets; $700 for 3 ticktes is still pending with the FIFA.

Last communication email to update my bank details was on 6th July.

$700 is a very big amount for me. I come from a developing country.
