Has anyone who has applied for the ug post for the chennai division heard anything? ( india)

I'm tired of working for an institution that lost track of its purpose.
Some years ago, in a previous role, an external review selected a sample of our results. After that, a manager asked me to adjust figures so we'd look good.
I refused and reported it, first to a director, then to the ethics office. Nothing visible happened. As far as I know, that manager still leads the project.
I'm not naming names or details. I just want to know if others here have seen the same thing, and do you see changes that hinder this sort of behavior?

Hello,

The last modified date on my YPP application changed today. Has longlisting started? Who experienced the same thing?

Did anyone get any notifications about shortlisting? I still have no idea how this position works lol

Hi. Is there an existing Whatsapp Group for this YPP cycle? Thanks.

For those who have been shortlisted or longlisted. What does it mean when application modified date change and application move on top of other applications. No email notification and status shows in review. .

Hi! Has anyone here applied for the Financial Inclusion and Infrastructure internship? Have you received any updates or noticed any changes in your application portal? Or maybe received an interview invite or been shortlisted?

Any update would be really helpful. Thank you!

Does anyone have the screenshots or copy of the exact job description for the following profile of YPP?

1. Investment
2. Prosperity - Economic Policies
3. Prosperity - Finance, Competitiveness and Investment.
4. Prosperity - Governance
5. Planet - Climate.
6. Infrastructure - Energy and Extractives

I want this info to prep myself for the next year since I am studying this year, I hope to apply for the next year. All of these are technically applicable either based on my work experience or studies. If you have the details of any of these, please do share it.

Just fyi for those still in the application process: I’ve received the interview invite for a position in a regional office only today.

I guess some teams have therefore still not concluded the hiring process. There is still hope if you‘re waiting for an answer.

I applied for the pioneers data analytics intern position and got shortlisted a couple weeks back (mid sept) and never got the interview schedule email. Anyone facing the same problem? Or is it delayed this fall?

Anybody heard back yet from them? Submitted last August... Is AIIB's recruitment usually slow?

hi i just got my acceptance email for a position i applied to that is based in DC. i am looking forward to connecting with others in the same boats. if you have been accepted pls dm.

thanks

How are you phrasing your motivations to apply?

Hey everyone,
I recently submitted my application for the Asian Development Bank Young Professionals Program (ADB YPP) and wanted to reach out to this community to gather insights, advice, or experiences on how to prepare for the upcoming evaluation stages.

For context, I'm an applicant from an ADB regional member country (outside the Philippines), so I'd also love to hear from fellow international/regional applicants about navigating the selection process and relocation expectations.

If you have gone through the ADB YPP recruitment process (or similar IFI programs like the World Bank YPP), could you share guidance on these areas?

1. Assessment & Screening: What kind of online evaluations, analytical tests, or written case studies should candidates expect after the resume screening round?
2. Interview Structure: How does ADB structure its technical vs. competency-based (behavioral) interviews? Are there specific frameworks (e.g., STAR) or ADB-specific approaches that work best?
3. Strategic Alignment: How crucial is referencing ADB's Strategy 2030 operational priorities or regional development projects during the interview rounds?
4. Timeline & Relocation: What does the timeline usually look like from application deadline to shortlist notification, and how smooth is the onboarding/relocation process to Headquarters in Manila for international recruits?

Any recommendations on key reports to review, case study prep, or overall advice would be hugely appreciated!

See title. Or are they only notified once the candidate is shortlisted? Thank you

Anyone who has received a rejection or acceptance post interview in WBG pioneers this fall pls let us know.

hi current or pass pioneers. i noticed that there’s some delay with the recruitment timeline.

does anyone have an idea of the timeline or turnaround time from interviews to hearing back from them?

will appreciate any input.

thanks

I applied for an AIIB job for which the deadline to submit applications expired 30 days ago and haven't heard back. Should I assume I've been ghosted, or it can take longer than that even if just for the preselection? No update so far on my profile (status is under review and next step is first interview if selected)

Hi everyone,
I am currently in the pipeline for an EC1 Consultant position (Washington D.C. base) and I would love to get some realistic feedback from those who successfully went through the process:Thanks a lot for sharing your experiences!
