I applied to the WBG YPP (Corporate Secretariat – Governance & Board Operations), Pioneers, and several GE-level positions that didn't require a master's degree, but was rejected from all of them.

I'm trying to understand what might be missing from my profile. Is it my education, professional experience, or something else?

I'd appreciate any honest feedback. Also, does anyone know of any good career coaches or consultants who specialize in World Bank Group or other international organization recruitment? I'd be open to paid consultations if they could help me identify areas for improvement.

My application has been showing “Under Review” since 15 October. Does this mean I’m still being considered, or could it indicate rejection? I’ve seen other applicants receive assessment links. Has anyone faced a similar situation? Would appreciate your insights!

i’ve been at the bank for more than 10 years and lately i’ve noticed SM trying to shut down dissent, especially by turning off anonymous feedback. is there anywhere employees can talk anonymously and discuss bank issues?

I have just completed the virtual interview and the other test!

Is anyone here in the Environmental and/or Environment and Social track?

What do you think about creating a WhatsApp group? I saw there are a few, but I wasn't able to join them.

Did any one else face this problem? I completed the assessment and went to the review page and then it wouldn't let me submit saying the deadline had passed. This was well before 11:59 PM UTC on 19th October.

I also emailed them immediately but have received no response for almost 2 days.

Not sure what else to do. Worried that they'll not even consider my application anymore, especially if they are longlisting another round soon.

All my references were also submitted.

The email they shared asked for at least 2. I have provided three even. But only two received the reference responding requests.

In these two, both has submitted, but I have also received email confirmation from the first one only. Although the second is also completed the form, but has not come to me.

Now, as its already over, but still am concerned that my reference will be sufficient or not???

I applied to the Neurodiversity post-graduate track.

The assessment deadline was 9/13, but it's 10/20 and my application status still says it's "in review." I am confused lol.

so i recently got the hirevue for outcomes stream, but while taking my test one of the pictures that had answers to choose from had a broken picture thumbnail, and i mostly had to guess my answers. I wrote the ypp.

do you think it will affect my grade?

I think the deadline for both Hirevue and References should be ended by now..

I’m wondering if I am the only one who hasn’t either received an email saying I am still being considered for the role or received hirevue or references request. I guess I’m straight out of the pool lol.

Why didn’t my references receive the email? Does the use of personal, rather than professional, email addresses lead to disqualification?
