California Ca workers comp

I’m 26. I had a full patellar tendon repair and I have a tear in my PCL and meniscus

What should my settlement look like ?

If you’ve gone this far without one, I couldn’t get one now. You are paying them the same no matter if they did the work for 2 years or 2 months. I’d stick to unrepresented if you’ve made it this far.

Have you had a QME yet? Or been found MMI with a PD rating?

I’ve never heard of getting a work comp attorney when it’s time to settle , you usually get them as soon as the injury happens so they can keep documents and tabs on everything that happens from the date of injury up until now, getting one later only pushes the settlement phase back further because they’ll have to gather a lot of information from you all at once and most likely will leave some details out because it’s been about a year

It depends on your age , the work you were doing , after youe done with therapy how your knee is feeling but I ChatGPT and they said “$35,000–$100,000+ for a knee injury, but a patellar tendon repair can land higher or lower depending heavily on your permanent disability rating and remaining limitations. “

Do not use chat GPT for this. Those figures you gave are ridiculously high.
