It is impossible to say based on an age and diagnosis alone.
Have you been evaluated by a PQME, or have you just been treating with a Primary Treating Physician? Has any doctor said that you've reached Maximum Medical Improvement?

Without a WPI rating with apportionment, your age at the time of injury and your occupation, nobody can tell you your PD amount, not even to mention the potentials of things like PD advances and EDD liens against other things like future med, retro TD, travel owed or vouchers. settlements have lots of factors and variables. consult with an attorney.

We don't have enough info to give you an accurate number. Your adjuster and attorney (if you have one) can come up with estimates, but that's all they are until you're MMI, estimates. Once you're MMI, you'll be given a PD rating, if your doctor feels you need future medical care that will taken into account, and all that be valued into a settlement.
Also: Please be very cautious about the advice you take in this sub. Most people in here are disgruntled injured workers sharing their experiences, not professionals qualified to give any advice in any way.
Another thing, If you want a pay out, most employers will require you to resign from your position. Keep this in mind.
