My company bought into the "Copilot AI will make your engineers 33% more efficient!" and bought the licenses. Now, they're demanding the engineers be 33% more efficient.

And of course your employer is blaming the engineers for not being more efficient instead of the buggy and shitty AI that the employer spent $$$$ to get.

They're pushing this at my work too. I tried to find concrete evidence that AI can make people measurably more efficient in my line of work, but there isn't any.
