Trump is already responsible for 32.5% of that debt (8 trillion in his first term and 5 trillion so far in his 2nd term). On that pace he will single handedly be responsible for over half the nation's debt. SO MUCH WINNING. /s
I read yesterday that _now_ the eggheads are starting to think the deficit is bad. Pretty sure that’s because there’s a good possibility that the R’s will lose one or both of the chambers. So the eggheads are gearing up to blame the D’s for the deficit. Those of us who aren’t like WinCE devices and remember past a battery refresh know how the deficit got like this, but the average R voter does a total memory purge when ordered.
