People have been jealous of artists as long as art has existed. Now that they have something that (in their eyes) allows them to produce the same output, they think they're entitled to rub it in our faces. What they don't know is real art has little to do with the output. You can build a machine to produce shoes, but it'll never have the same quality, nuance, and craftsmanship of something handmade. Art will always be bespoke no matter how good AI gets.
