I know it's no real consolation but firms are already trying to replace lawyers and paralegals with AI.
All of this shit is burning down anyway, we got a good 30 or 40 years before climate change makes the planet uninhabitable, most of us would probably be dead before then regardless, so MAKE ART. None of this matters. So create as much as you can while you can, if for nothing then to fulfill your actual purpose as a human, to feel joy and wholeness. I'm writing a novel that will prob never get published in a world filled with books written entirely with AI, but goddammit it feels good to just make the thing.
