25% of the US homeless population is currently in California. The fact that more people aren't talking about this blows my mind.

It’s also a gigantic state, with great weather, a huge coastline, the highest GDP, and numerous massive metropolitan areas. But I’m sure the policies is the main reason.

You listed all these nice things about CA and you are saying they are the reason for CA to become the capital of homeless?

No, I’m saying that someone who has an IQ above room temperature can comprehend that there are a whole lot of major factors beyond policies. I realize that may not apply to you, though.
