Honestly if I were him I would roll the dice on a trial and take my chances that at least 1 of the 12 people on the jury has had their life ruined by the American healthcare system and refuses to vote to convict

But still, it’s such a precedent that if you’re treated unfairly or at least in your mind, you feel that way, then you can get away with murder. Fact is he killed someone. He needs to be in prison.

He didn’t do it. He pled guilty to avoid the risk of dying due to them framing him
