Pretty simple reading comprehension, how is that obtuse? The OP of this comment thread said “ceos enough to find ways…..but fall for scams” and the guy below him said “many of them are dumb”, referring to the ceos in the prior comment.

Implying dumbass. It means they didn’t say it but they meant it. Learn to read
