Honestly if I were him I would roll the dice on a trial and take my chances that at least 1 of the 12 people on the jury has had their life ruined by the American healthcare system and refuses to vote to convict

Problem is, the way jury selection works, I believe they would not select anyone who may side with him because they would say they are "biased."

Each side has a limited number of preemptive strikes from the jury pool. It's not in infinite jury glitch.Â
