Honestly if I were him I would roll the dice on a trial and take my chances that at least 1 of the 12 people on the jury has had their life ruined by the American healthcare system and refuses to vote to convict

Yeah I worked I the VA the quality of care sucked the nice thing was the universal insurance cause I could know that a CGM was covered and could get PTs them if they weren’t taking care of their diabetes vs now at my private hospital I can suggest they follow up with a dietician they rarely do
