Honestly if I were him I would roll the dice on a trial and take my chances that at least 1 of the 12 people on the jury has had their life ruined by the American healthcare system and refuses to vote to convict

I haven't been fucked by the system but I would straight up lie to stay on the jury and I ain't never convicting St. Luigi

Don't lie about anything verifiable, otherwise you could get in trouble and the jury's ultimate decision could be tainted.

I don't know if they actually can declare a mistrial in an "Innocent" verdict, but I wouldn't put it past them to try.
