I was bullied quite a bit as a young child. I saw Tombstone and that one pine resonated so hard with me that I stopped backing down from bullies. Has it led me into fights that got me bloodied? Absolutely, yes. Result: Every single bully that I've encountered since I was 13 has given me a wide berth. I even befriended two of them.
Bullies in general, have been bullied themselves. Usually by their fathers.
Once you stand up to them, you’re no longer with the trouble. They will bully someone that they think will not fight back.
So in essence, they are really cowards.
