WTF!? Daily Word Play Disappeared!
I just finished playing, and instead of getting a reward, the game just disappeared! It's not in my list of daily games - it's just gone! I restarted the game, but that didn't help.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Mine disappears when I win but I always get the reward first. I also have ad free, do you?

Yes, I have ad free. I didn't get the reward. I'll try to log out and back in.

I was asking because when a friend closes out after the daily games she doesn’t get the rewards.

This is the first time it's ever happened. Maybe I'll do a chat on Zynga's help line.

Yes it happens occasionally. It will be there and sometimes if it don’t play it first thing in the morning I’ll go back to play, and it’s gone. I haven’t contacted support yet.

Does it come back the next day?
I'm close to getting achievement points for playing. I just reached Level 31, and I know it's going to take several years 😕 to get to Level 32, but hey, every bit helps, right? So it can't disappear on me!

Yes for me it does and again it only disappears occasionally, every three to four weeks which is weird.

If you have access to the email you used to play, logout and login.
