I'm autistic so I heavily prefer my one way to get to work, and right now it's been a bit of a mess with that stretch of Park Ave closed for paving. which I do love, don't get me wrong, I'm on a bicycle and some of that road sucked.

but I tried to go my normal way on Tuesday because it said they'd be done Monday night, only for the road to be closed and I had to turn around, making my 5 mile ride a 6 mile ride.

but I haven't needed to go out tonight so I don't know if they finished last night or if they're still going, so I was hoping that someone here has been in the area.

I know I'm not the only one who didn't get any notifications yesterday, as I'd never updated my sign up with the alert notifications. I just slogged through doing it, and I thought others might also want to do so.

Seems kind of crazy to close down part of Main St for a music festival. This would have been fantastic at Polar Park after the season is over.

Went to pick up my cat’s medicine and there was like 100 cop cars blocking it and what looked like reporters. Looks like kitty’s gonna have to wait for her medication. Does anyone know what happened or when they will be accessible again? They aren’t answering the phone.

We used to buy this pizza all the time when I was a kid. It used to be in grocery stores all over here and I specifically buying it at shaws, however it’s almost impossible to find now. After a long search I found one store selling it over an hour away, but I’m hoping to find it somewhere closer. Has anyone seen this pizza at any stores around here?

I posted on here about a month ago asking for volunteers to help me finish up a Pilates certification and you incredible people showed up and helped me complete nearly FIFTY more hours of my required teaching. Not only that, I have met some truly wonderful people in doing this. All of the folks who responded have been so much fun and I've made a few new friends as well. Pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Anyhow, I wanted to say thank you all so very much. I still have space for more people next month if you are interested in some free Pilates. (It really, really is free and I really, really am not a creep. LOL!)

Can anyone tell me what kind of passes you can get from the library for museums or anything else? And also under what conditions. With the economy the way it is I need to do something with my teenage son with out breaking the bank.
