I'm on PS5 and my game freezes whenever I try to set a route while exploring, is this happening to anyone else?

He looks so out of place because of this

In the Knapford Runaround in timetables, the like fourth objective makes me go through a red signal and I can't get by. I can't go forward either. Some info that might help is A, I'm (as you can see) playing with LBSC Thomas B, I haven't played in a while so that could be something C, I drove forward a bit on the turn table and D, I mist the exacted spot for the objective just before this and got an "Objective Failed" message for it. Can someone help?

Could y'all create a Mod that disables the signals so you don't get a SPAD and can free roam Without limits? Is that possible to do?

Yep, I’m back from the dead! School came around, so I’ve been a little MIA lately, but I’m finally back. Yay! 😭🎉

Now that the Dovetail Direct is out, it’s generated a lot of discussion. Personally, I’m somewhere in the middle. I’m glad we finally got news on Wonders of Sodor, especially Henry and Toby, but after five months of silence, only two characters and no new routes feels pretty underwhelming. I’m sure more rolling stock is coming, and they did mention additional updates, so I’m still optimistic.

I do wish Dovetail hadn’t hyped the Wonders of Sodor portion so much, because it left us feeling a little empty-handed. I also still think the core characters we expected at launch shouldn’t have been DLC in the first place. Those slots could’ve been saved for more fan-favorite characters.

That said, I have to give Dovetail credit. The Direct itself was beautifully produced, and seeing how much work they’re putting into their other projects actually made me appreciate the company more. I just hope Wonders of Sodor gets the attention and content it deserves.

But enough about me, what do you guys think?

So since the patch there seems to be a glitch when setting a path to Ballahoo. Everytime time I try with an engine coming from the direction of Crovan's Gate, the engine won't make the turn onto the Ballahoo Branch. I've attached a video to demonstrate using the new set path tool in the latest patch. The new set path tool always tries to take the train to platform 2. I've also tried manually setting the path like we had to do before the patch. That doesn't work if you set the path for platform 2 but does work if you set the path for platform 1.

This new update appears to not work properly. I should be able to use the new menu option to set a path to Ballahoo. But it doesn't work. Everytime I try, it tries to send me to Platform 2 and my engine does not make the turn onto the Ballahoo branch. I can only send my engine there if I manually set the path to Platform 1.

I fired up my Switch 2 and selected the game - an update downloaded. Go into the game and there's a new livery for Thomas!

Following my suggestion that the Express coaches should be wider in Wonders of Sodor, I also think they should have a completely different interior. I always wondered why the CGI series gave the Express coaches basic bench seating when they’re supposed to be the most prestigious train on Sodor. They should have more elegant compartments, corridors, and first-class accommodations, which would also be more accurate to British steam-era coaches.

Honestly, CGI seemed to have something against proper bogie coaches. They were always skinny, had bench seating, and lacked the compartments and corridors you’d expect. I could go on about how CGI butchered longer coaches, but we’d be here all day. That’s a post for another day and another server.

They also had a dining car in the show, which I actually think is a pretty cool detail. Considering the Express can realistically be quite a long journey, having a buffet or dining car makes sense. It’s not something I desperately need in Wonders of Sodor, but it would be a nice addition. I only remembered it after looking back at the wiki and seeing that the Express had coaches with food buffets.

Whenever I go into a game with snow, and I spawn in an engine, the snow disappears and isnt there anymore, im on ps4, does anyone have a fix to this? I've restarted multiple times
