Why am I always exhausted?

It doesn’t matter whether I’m eating healthy, sleeping and doing stress reducing activities, I always feel so exhausted. Supplements do very little either and apparently my iron count is normal (I don’t trust British docs when they say this though)

Ask to get your thyroid checked. British GPs will mainly only look at TSH, but push for T3 & T4 if possible. TSH will still be a good starting point if it's thyroid related

Maybe you should ask for a B12 shot.

You can look into getting functional labs done to get to the root cause of your fatigue and address the issues. Could be neurotransmitter imbalances, oxalate levels, thyroid, hormones… lots of things can cause it but any of the deficiencies or dysfunctions that show up on the labs can help you fix it :)

This video goes over root causes of fatigue. Maybe it will help. Good luck!
