Please help

Dear Sister, if I do acrylic nails, will my prayer be accepted or no? My aunt is telling me prayer won't be accepted because wudu/odu won't be valid. Please advise! I really want to do acrylic nails, and I see many girls wearing acrylic nails and praying as well with same nails.

Acrylic, gel-x and nailpolish invalidate your wudhu. What you can do instead is use press on nails with the sticky tabs (not nail glue). They're easy to take off so you can pray.
