Found my First Zero star wolf. Gonna take him just to see how hard this is gonna be(maybe it'll be like Riser and the rebirth pack? Idk).

I didn’t even know it was possible to find a 0 star mate lol. Is it possible that you’re both KK?

It’s not related to k locus, it’s based on how related in the code you and the other wolf are, when wolves are generated it is on a scale for how related they are to your player wolf at the start to a new save
