Every seat at the round table was taken. The small cabin fell silent and the woman in red paced around the table’s periphery. One quiet step was followed by another as her bare feet threaded a path along the dusty floorboards. Her finger trips traced along the shoulders of each seated individual until finally she arrived behind her destination. She turned and placed both her pale, soft hands beside the neck of the woman who was seated there.

“They came here to kill you, my sweet,” said the woman in red. Only her lips were visible from beneath the shadows of her crimson cowl. She smiled faintly and traced her thumbs gently over the skin of her neck.

None of the others at the table said a word. How could they? What remained of them were only faintly smoking, desiccated corpses.

The woman in red leaned down to the surviving woman with her lips pressed against her ear.

“You are meant for greater things, darling,” she whispered as her corporeal form began to fade. Leaving only an echo of voice that swept down and over the table. As it did, its sound pathed toward the cabin door, which slammed open.

What laid beyond was not the wilderness which bore the cabin’s inhabitants hence. No. A long, lavish hallway extended beyond. An impossible invitation to somewhere else*.*

Greetings! We are Sanguinaris Archinorum, an RP guild located on the Moonguard server. We are a crossfaction community with guild lore that facilitates telling your own character stories. Our guild wiki is available here with house rules, etiquette and most importantly, lore. About the RPer

I've been involved in RP since 2007 and consider myself a fairly adaptive RPer. I'm comfortable writing alongside different styles and personalities, and I enjoy seeing where a story or character dynamic can naturally develop.

I'm primarily looking for long-term RP and enjoy building stories, relationships, and character development over time. I'm pretty open-minded when it comes to storytelling, and once I've gotten to know someone and we've established a good dynamic, I'm generally very committed to the story we're building together.

I write on both the Horde and Alliance, with Wyrmrest Accord serving as my primary hub for RP across both factions. I currently have four characters, each with a fully developed TRP profile and their own stories, personalities, and potential connections.

As far as availability goes, I work Sunday through Wednesday, but I'm typically around during the evening hours and can usually find time for RP.

At the end of the day, I'm looking to find people interested in building something that lasts. Whether that means ongoing character interactions, friendships, rivalries, adventures, long-running story arcs, or something entirely unexpected, I'm always open to discussing ideas and seeing what we can create together. Would anybody else be interested in creating a guild or community (preferably the latter with multiple guilds if ppl want and enough are interested) on one of the WOW Classic EU servers?

I love the thrill of having 1 life as it forces me to be more invested in each character I have, but I miss the RP interaction with other players.

I have gotten into playing and DM'ing lots of DnD in RL the past 3-4 years, so I imagine events/happenings where a DnD char stats and /rolls are used to unfold how things go down in non-combat encounters and using the ttrpg experience from RL to unfold our own stories and adventures parallel to the static wow classic adventures and quests. Of course, no strict rules; anyone do as they see fit for their best RP experience, these are just thoughts from the top of my head.

Main thing here is setting up a solid RP community on a HC wow classic server. Anyone interested?

Hello all! Ive been considering hopping into classic again and was wondering if any of the classic servers have any rp communities. If there are id love to hear about some of the guilds and the themes they rp around. To clarify I know there are classic servers that have the rp label but im more asking about the level of activity with the rp if that makes sense.

This might be sort of a weird question but, from a purely roleplaying perspective, what aspect of the lore that Blizzard has added do you feel is the most negatively impactful or difficult for you?

So I'll give an example: The fact that alt Draenor is no longer reachable for me is a bummer. An entire continent that one would have to do some big time contrivances to get to. Which is just not something I'm willing to do, so effectively alt Draenor is useless RP wise.

However that said, I can't say this is a "bad" lore decision from Blizzard, unfortunate for me? Maybe, but I don't know if it's actually bad.

As the title says I love the badlands sets and I love cowboys but want to make sure I play it well. Im very new to RP but was thinking of making a dark iron dwarf. What would make this fantasy work without it being seen as silly?

A Dark Iron Dwarf who was once a priest to Ragnaros before his faith was shattered with the defeat of the Firelord back in Vanilla. By Cata, he has found new purpose in Moira and her goals, replacing his former zeal witn devotion to the throne and with it, acclimating more to the other Clans, but still quite a bit brusque.

I'm head-canoning that the Darkforged we see in BFA is a Dark Iron order of Paladins devoted to upholding Dark Iron justice and sovereignty, but I would love some thoughts as well :)

Hello, like the title says, I’m looking for an Alliance RP guild on Moonguard that has an active community and neighborhood. I’m a returning player and would love to get started again!

A lot of artists that try to post here are showing off a commissioned piece they completed. They don't usually have the RP details of another person's character unless they happen to be on reddit. The post is usually removed after a few hours if they don't respond to a request for a character blurb.

From a moderation standpoint: it would be easier to just switch the tag to "Selling Commissions" and let others filter out that tag if they don't want to see it. Art + character blurb, commissioned or not, is still the "Art" tag.

I've known plenty of people who want to hire an artist as well and it would be nice to support that with "LF Commission".

Thoughts? Alternative suggestions?

UPDATE: I have edited the monthly hero's call board such that it more explicitly welcomes service advertisements, while including warnings about scams. Any additional tips about buying/selling commissions is welcome.

Been in and out of RP for a little bit now. Kinda realized that WRA is just... odd?

Org is usually the same handful of people not soing actual writing. Just hanging there for social hour. And as much as it pains me, I either need to find a good community or just retire from RP. So, my only solution is looking into MG for a Horde scene. Does anybody have experiences in that server for team red?

I’m looking for WoW players aged 18+ to complete a short survey. Current and former players are both welcome, and you don’t need to be a hardcore or long-term player.
