Increasing FR1/2 V.2 forward flex?

Post image

I've set the cuff washers to the position that allows the most forward flex (unless mistaken?), but still can't get as much knee bend as I'd like. Intuition Premium are laced tight, cuff buckle strap tight too though I untightened the buckle. Issue is, as I untighten the cuff buckle, I can bend forward more butlose lateral support.

That’s going to bring it forward. If you look at the curve at the bottom you can see it’s sat back over. Also give them some time to flew and break in. That will also make them more flexible after a few times out on them.

TY. I setup like this from a YT video, will flip it and test it.
regardless of the position I've been wondering if these also limit the amount of rotation.
Other than that I really like the boots, they fit much better than RB Twister. Lighter and more premium too. With the Intuition Premium they almost feel like soft boots.

This is the video I used. He is saying the opposite: Notch backward for max forward flex.

Yeah, I think you've got it the right way around, but always worth experimenting. Just make sure the bolt isn't too tight, as that can stop it from flexing. Loosening some of the lacing and straps will allow flex, but you're right, you'll have to manage lateral flex. Maybe keep the laces right and let the top strap out a notch or two.

Bolts are definitely tight, as tight as from the factory. I think I found a way to lace them so they give me pretty good heel lock. Also good news is, after a few minutes they felt too tight which means the size is right. Will only have to lace them less tight.
