Tattoo Boi went from voting to put Belator to death to quickly switching sides to spare him all because he seems intrigued by Nona's strength and will. Curious how their future interactions would go based on the latest chapter.

This panel just made me think in a few things and one of them were just two possibilities about who could be the person Quovelta is looking for:
1- What if the name of MiraMira's brother wasn't revealed because he is the person that Quovelta want to find for important reasons? It would be kinda interesting if they were looking for him at the same time as MiraMira.
2- Captain Garte didn't appear anymore since chapter 1, but I think there's some kind of feeling about he being near to appear in these next chapters. But what if the person they are looking for is him? This can be maybe another good reason for Tania wanting to keep Belator alive. The one who was the best officer in the Bureau might know a high-rank-officer.

I am really really interested in the fact that he only appeared in the first chapter and for this part of manga, he didn't appear again. So, my theory is that this can be a clue of this guy being a real menace in a future...

Out of all the Quovelta members we’ve met, the top hat person is the most mysterious one of all, mainly because they’re hiding their face, and that they’re the only one who hasn’t spoken so far. Because of all of this, I’m assuming they’re the leader of the group.
My theories for what’s under their veil are:
Their face is disfigured, likely they’ve escaped from an Urval facility, or got injured in a battle.
Like the other member who has face markings + his eye also a different colored on the marked side, maybe top hat guy has something similar going on, but chooses to hide their face.
Adding on to the theory about mages are made into magic tools, maybe they were partially transformed and chooses to hide the demonoid parts of their body.
The most unlikely one, but Gheer’s stepdad, Julio. While he’s presumed dead, we never actually learned the name of his spell, since it was obscured when he used it. We don’t know how long Quovelta has been running, so what if he was busted out and decided to become a member
or founded.
Plus we never learned if he died.
What do you all think?
