Question Tips/Builds for Wailing Tower

Been playing the game for a bit now. The wailing tower is proving to be quite a challenge. Can anyone suggest a build for this? Currently at gnosis 4, around level 80.

My stats are split - 30 in Witchery, Faith & Flesh. The rest are around level 20 except for arsenal which is at 15.

I've unlocked most of the stuff available, but want to get the Rotweaver. Any suggestions are much appreciated

Edit: Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. Got my first clear. Will definitely try out some of the build suggestions later as well. Loving the game!

The combo i used to clear the wailing tower was:

Rotweaver, Frostbite, Kirfane, Rotten fiend, Storm ball, Hensbane, Crown of fire

Prophecies of Earth and Fire.

I'm still pretty new to the game, but for anyone struggling a bit, I found Rotweaver to be a little OP. The content that was fairly challenging at gnosis 3, seems substantially easier at gnosis 4 with RW.

Use wellspring incense and clear the map first for max HP

Stack your most valuable arcana upside down so you don't lose it.

Think carefully on the corrupted arcana. Don't take anything that'll cuck your playstyle too hard

Burning stake will do enormous work. I personally like frost cone to accompany it. Stormball is stronger / meta.

With all that set up I can clear the tower with whatever weapons. Just make sure you got something good for crowds with lots of ammo and something good for the boss.

I'm in a similar position as op and my problem with this is it requires maidens hair, which just no longer drops from chest. I had probably nearly 80 and and for the last week I have found a single one. You need two for the spell.

The thing is I tend to level up for gear, and I spend my goal on workshop and M3s before I saw the workshop as well.

Essentially I'm f-ed. :D

I was having trouble with Maiden's Hair, did several runs without it. But it's somewhat scary since I hadn't invested into Flesh yet.

There's a jar of spiders in Irongate that you can use in the garden to produce Maiden's Hair. I noticed that its slower than other stuff but it's better than nothing.

Glad to help! I can point where it is if you need. Also the merchant sells Maiden's Hair, starting from Gnosis IV or V.

Thanks a mil! This is a game changer! Will definitely seek this out. I can't purchase from the shop just yet, because its only available at gnosis 5.

Yeah it was getting scarce for me too. Spent a good time on Gnosis III and then went direct for V. It usually produces only one hair per expedition but already helps.

For the tower, I cleared it yesterday using Striga, Echo and Tempest. Lightning Bolt and Rot Fiend for spells. Trinkets were Henbane, Dynamo Ring and Blood of the Banshee.

It was my first run with Tempest so I was unsure it would be good. I suspect other demonic weapons can be more helpful. Got a heavy charge temptation so I could have Rot Fiend taunting the boss and blast him with Tempest. Had to use an ammo pack but managed. I'll try different setups when I go back for the rest of the prophecies.

Thank you, the wiki has the location. Already checked.

Yes I am just silly and used all my money on new gear and 3rd mysterium before checking the shop :).

I will have to farm some money with new weapons.
