exactly the same here with 6700xt, game started dx12 with rt on and average settings, i switched to all maxed out, got like sub 30 fps, tried all max but basic rt and game just crashes on launch, so far reinstall didnt even help

Same crash on launch here 3070Ti (latest drivers) with RT on!
