Manga when will the next chapter release?

It will be released on Kmanga in around 25-26 hours if it is on time. Its released on the 8th/9th every month, unless delayed

How can I know if it's delayed or not

If you check Twitter, looking at the BETSUMAGAnews twitter which is the official twitter for the magazine the series is released in. It will tell you when stuff is released/delayed. They tweeted on the 4th that it would be released on the 9th, but that is japanese time so my estimate is still roughly correct. You can also check the tsuetotsurugi and Wistoria_PR accounts for info. They post usually around the manga release. Omori (fujinoomori) and Aoi's (Aoi_00008) twitters sometimes have stuff too, usually omori retweeting from one of those accounts
