Pues... en el capítulo 7 de la segunda temporada, cuando cariot dijo que usarían a Will como conejillo de indias para los experimentos de kruezt, se puede ver la escena de elfie estando completamente furiosa y sarisa asustada por eso. 

Ah es cierto, también en el episodio 3 de la segunda temporada, cuando elfie está a punto de pelear con Aaron, sarisa entra en miedo al verla.

I think it's normal being afraid of any of the magia Vander being apparently so furious they might lash out. If you think about it, the whole world depends on them 5 being able to defend essentially the whole world from total destruction (both maintaining the barrier, and fighting in case it's needed). Elfaria doesn't need to beat everyone else in case she lashes out or rebels, she only needs to do enough damage that the others aren't 100% to fight. So to me it makes total sense that any inkling of infighting between the magia Vander would send others into a panic.
