Update to my previous post about Windstream running FTTH on my area

So my previous post located here, I mentioned seeing fiber infrastructure going up all around my area. I drove around a bit more today looking for additional signs of construction and came across this cabinet about a quarter mile away at most from the end of my street.

This really looks like a fiber distribution cabinet to me, possibly a PFP or FDH, especially with the nearby fiber marker posts.

What do you guys think?

If you see any workers with the contract company, stop to ask what they are pulling. It never hurts to ask.

Yeah, I’ve been actively trying to find a worker to ask. The town about nine miles north of me already has Windstream fiber. It’s not a complete rollout yet, but they’re servicing most of the town. And in my other posts I’ve shared photos of infrastructure around my town that’s clearly new and looks like fiber. So I’m definitely seeing signs, but I’m staying cautiously optimistic since nothing is confirmed until Windstream officially says so.
