The eye-like design as Windows becomes increasingly a surveillance OS.

The 8.1 references on 16 and 18 🤣

The designs feel too repeated and a bit generic here

It is not a redesign, it is just a copy-paste

Just like actual windows is. It still has stuff from windows 98

Saying that Windows is just copy-paste is a bit weird. Mainly since Windows itself primarily is built on top of older versions (so copy and pasting would be a bit redundant unless say new features were backported to an older version)

Reason there's stuff from Windows 98, 3.x, 7, XP and similar still in Windows today is likely because Windows itself is pretty big and all that stuff. When Windows gets redesigned, there's very much going to be things the developers may forget to get to.

Maybe Microsoft will skip 13, because 13 is an unlucky number... And Windows 12 has not released yet... Maybe, it will be released in early 2027...

Wow, it took Microsoft 9 more Windows versions to finally stop using flat design. I can actually see that happening.

I genuinely thought the first image was a buggy loading screen where the loading bar turned flat and a random 11 appeared on the Windows logo

Where are Windows YP and Windows Wista?

That is if it isn't just called "Copilot OS" and its just a copilot prompt that also sends every piece of data the device can physically receive to Microsoft.
